1 lt water
5 gr yeast
5 gr olive oil
5 gr sugar
1200 gr flour
keep aside 200 ml of water in which dissolve salt and oil.
In the rest of the water dissolve the yeast and sugar to incorporate as 00 hand the flour and finally the last incorporating strong in water with salt and oil that we have taken part and knead until you have a smooth dough liscioed.
Let stand about 30 minutes under a damp cloth and then get the dough that will rise at least 5 hours.
